Using This Website
The Website exists to connect you with independent water damage restoration contractors working in Costa Mesa, California and the surrounding area. You may use it for lawful purposes only. Please do not do anything that would harm other users or interfere with their access, and do not attempt to interfere with the site itself, probe it for vulnerabilities, or introduce malicious code to it. You need to be at least 18 to submit a request. Content that is unlawful, abusive or harmful is not permitted.
What We Do and What We Do Not Do
We are a referral service. We pass the details you give us to an independent restoration contractor in our network, and we may receive a fee for doing so. We do not perform water damage restoration, drying, remediation or reconstruction work ourselves, and we do not employ or supervise the contractors who do.
Any agreement for work is between you and that contractor. They set their own prices, carry their own licences and insurance, and are solely responsible for the quality, timeliness and outcome of anything they do. We make no warranty about their work and we do not guarantee any particular result.
Your Responsibilities
When you use the Website you agree to:
- Give accurate contact details and an accurate description of the situation at the property
- Independently verify the licence, bond and insurance of any contractor before you allow work to begin, including through the California Contractors State License Board
- Agree scope and price directly with the contractor before work starts
- Take any dispute about the work directly to the contractor who performed it
Emergency Situations
Nothing on the Website is a substitute for the emergency services. If there is a risk to life, a gas leak, a structural collapse risk or an electrical hazard, contact the appropriate emergency service or your utility provider first. Information on this site is general guidance about water damage and is not advice about your specific property, and it is not legal advice or advice about your insurance policy.
Cost Estimator and Published Ranges
The Website includes a mitigation cost estimator and various cost ranges drawn from published industry data. These are illustrative only. They are not quotations, they are not offers, and no contractor is bound by them. Actual cost depends on what a technician finds at the property.
Content and Intellectual Property
The text, images, diagrams, layout and design of the Website belong to us or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright. Please do not copy, republish or adapt them without our written permission. Permission requests can be made by phone on (714) 386-1344 or through our contact form.
Limitation of Liability
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Website or from work carried out by any third-party contractor. That includes property damage, additional water damage, lost profits, lost data and consequential losses, whether or not we were told such losses were possible. Our role begins and ends with connecting you to a contractor.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable legal cost arising out of your use of the Website, your breach of these terms, or your dealings with any contractor you were connected with.

Suspending Access
